You'll learn what they are, how to safely and effectively use them, and why they can help you reduce stress, sleep more soundly, achieve better physical health, and SAVE money. Instructor Linda Cinnamond is an RN with nearly 40 years of experience as a nurse and a health educator and currently works in the field of aromatherapy. She teaches classes on the benefits of using Essential Oils for improvement of health and well-being. Aromatherapy is being more commonly utilized and essential oils are now being used in every Banner hospital in Arizona.
