Description

The goal of this class is increasing peace with meditation and mindfulness. You will practice and explore different styles of meditation and mindfulness including: posture (sitting, walking, activity); focus (breath, mantra, visual, eating or observing); journaling and guided experiences. Instructor, Leslie Cook, Senior Trainer for the Integral Institute of Qigong and Tai Chi, is a certified teacher in Qigong, Tai Chi, and Yoga; along with being a certified personal trainer. By combining these different modalities, she brings together the best of ancient practices and modern movement science. Leslie is founder and owner of Mindful Movement Wellness, LLC and is focused on 'empowering people to connect with their natural healing resources'.
