Colson, Audra Instructor Audra Colson is the Founder/CEO of Chances Shelter and has a Degree in Marketing and over 30 years of Customer Service experience in managerial and supervisory positions. An Arizona native, she has lived in Surprise for 16 years and has great compassion for animals and the community. A volunteer with the City of Surprise Fire and Medical Crisis Response program, she is now a Shift Supervisor. Working together with other team members she takes care of the needs of people in crisis situations. Through the years of working with people needing help in times of crisis, Audra realized there was often an animal there with the very same needs, which led her to create the Chance Shelter. Cornell, Beth Beth, a Surprise resident and spouse to a career military man, is a very active community member. She is devoted to instilling the life skills necessary to maintain and restore health and wellness through meditation and the creative arts. Beth founded Arizona Energy Wellness, L.L.C. in 2011, to offer these meditation and art sessions to individuals and groups at the client’s home or workplace, in our local community centers and through a variety of adult learning organizations. Covi, LouAnn individuals, couples, extended families and groups. They work closely with all cruise lines and have supplier contacts around the world. Their love for travel shows in their enthusiasm, as they work closely with clients to prepare the best vacation package. Questions asked before travel plans are made helps them develop itineraries best suited to match a client’s expectations. LouAnn volunteers with the Sun City West Kiwanis Club and Larry volunteers in Sun City West as a Fire Inspector with the North Country Fire Department. Crowe, Michael Instructor Michael Crowe is an owner of Southwest Mushrooms, an urban gourmet mushroom farm founded by Michael and his family. They specialize in Mycological products and services as well as cultivating sought after gourmet and medicinal mushroom species for the local farmers markets and culinary industry. Cuevas, Sheryl Instructor Sheryl Cuevas is a Cents'Able Shopper. Sheryl is a local coupon expert who also blogs full time to teach others how to save money so they can save more, and give more. Sheryl teaches you how to save money and use coupons wisely to stretch your monthly income. Dart, Allen ALLEN DART, M.A., RPA Allen Dart has worked full-time and volunteered as a professional archaeologist in New Mexico and Arizona since 1975, for government, private companies and nonprofit organizations. He is employed as an archaeologist for the U.S. Natural Resources Conservation Service in Phoenix. He also works part-time as Executive Director of Old Pueblo Archaeology Center, a Tucson not-for-profit organization that he founded in 1993 to provide educational and scientific programs in archaeology and culture. Dauterive, Don J Instructors: Thomas Lynch, Boys Town Historian and Director of Community Programs, and Don and Phil Dauterive who grew up in Boys Town. Don retired from the newspaper publishing industry and is a SCW resident. de Beauduy, Aurore Chef Aurore deBeauduy has trained with Michelen Guide celebrities including Alain Sanderens, Michel Guerard and Gerard Antonin and graduated for Cordon Bleu Culinary school. She worked for Potel and Chabot, preparing sauces, then as a sous chef at Les Ambassadeurs restaurant and she was invited to be a chef at the Chicago Four Seasons Hotel. Later she worked at several prestigious country clubs and for the Boeing Corporation as executive Chef. Fulfilling her dream and passion to create her own signature dishes and drinks, in 2008 she and her husband opened the Vogue Bistro. Instructor Detailed View
DeValle, Terry Instructor Terry DeValle is a native Arizonan, retired from APS and has extensive experience in working with not-for-profit organizations. For the past two years she has combined work and fun as an Instructor for the Phoenix BBQ and Grilling school. Terry thrives when spending time with her family and friends, which often involves cooking, grilling, eating, and spending time both in and out-of-doors. She travels throughout Arizona to destinations including Prescott, Jerome and Tucson, and interesting day trips to desert treasures like Boyce Thompson Arboretum. Instructor Detailed View
diCamillo, Vicki Instructor Vicki DiCamillo retired after 16 years as an Administrative Manager in Public Safety and later moved to Sun City West. Her passion for arts and crafts began during her childhood at summer camp and grew with encouragement from her family. She has taught numerous classes for the SCW Bead Club. Instructor Detailed View
