Cobb gained national attention in the United States through the release of her first book, Talking Dirty With the Queen of Clean.[1] This book was a bestseller in 2000 and two other books, Talking Dirty Laundry With the Queen of Clean and A Queen For All Seasons, were also on the New York Times Best Seller List. Talking Dirty also made the number one spot on the Publishers Weekly List during October, 2000. In 2002, she appeared on the Oprah Winfrey Show. Her editor, Brenda Copeland, says that Cobb's success is due to her personality which adds a twist of fun to the "drudgery" of cleaning. Linda is also a top-notch speaker, wowing audiences across the country with her knowledge and unusual cleaning methods. Her natural cleaning techniques are easy and even fun, something that never fails to astound her audiences. Whether it is Tang™ in your toilet or Massengill™ on the dog, Linda has the answers! On television or radio or as a guest speaker, Linda’s abundance of personality shines through as she shares her cleaning expertise and sense of humor while answering viewer and listener questions. One of her favorite things at live appearances and on Facebook Live is to play “Stump the Queen” with her audience. No question is too hard, or too embarrassing to ask the Queen. On the air, in print, and on the Web, Linda does it all. She is a recognized expert in the field of cleaning products, home lifestyle and services. Worldwide Linda tests hundreds of products in every way imaginable and some that aren’t! She likes to say: “I do the research, so you don’t have to”. You know you can trust the Queen! After losing a husband and child, she began working in the cleaning industry and is the former owner of one of the largest cleaning and disaster restoration companies in Michigan, where she specialized in carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, wall and window washing, and some of the most difficult cleaning tasks in the industry: fire, storm, smoke, and water damage. In 1994, she married John Cobb and moved to Phoenix, Arizona in 1995.[3] Cobb felt that there was a gap in housecleaning information being passed from one generation to the next. At the suggestion of a friend, she began a newsletter focusing on cleaning tips which led to her appearances on Arizona television and radio.[3] She began to make regular appearances on the television show, "Good Morning Arizona. In her first appearance on "Good Morning Arizona" in 1997, she started her segment with the double entendre, "I'm the Queen of Clean and we're going to talk dirty today. Her segment on the show led to a Phoenix publisher offering her a book deal. Instructor Detailed View
