Class Information for Fall 2017: AMUSE BOUCHE FRENCH BISTRO (4018), 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm, Sunday, November 5, at the Restaurant,(7008)
Bring your aprons, knives, cutting boards, wine and appetite. You will experience a four-hour cooking extravaganza while you learn to prepare and then enjoy a three course classic Swiss meal. the menu will include:cheese fondue;veal and mushroom stew, served over homemade spaetzli and apple fritters for dessert. Please wear comfortable shoes, as you will be standing and cooking in the kitchen for several hours. Bring your apron, cutting knives and boards and you own wine or beer to enjoy with the meal.
