Class Information for Spring 2017: AMUSE BOUCHE fabulous cooking experience (3019), 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm, Sunday April 30, at the Restaurant
Bring your aprons, knives, cutting boards, wine and appetite. You will experience a four-hour cooking extravaganza while you learn to prepare and then enjoy a three course classic French meal. The menu will include: corn chowder; salmon wellington and creme brulee Please bring your cutting board, knives and wear comfortable shoes, as you will be standing and cooking in the kitchen for several hours. You are welcome to bring your own wine to have with dinner. Bon appetit.
