Class Information for Winter 2017: AMUSE BOUCHE fabulous cooking experience (2031), 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm, Monday, February 6, at the Restaurant
Bring your aprons, knives, cutting boards, wine and appetite. You will experience a four-hour cooking extravaganza while you learn to prepare and then enjoy a three course classic French or Italian meal. The menu will include: roasted tomato soup, chicken marsala on homemade fettucine noodles and profiterales. Please bring your cutting board, knives and wear comfortable shoes, as you will be standing and cooking in the kitchen for several hours. You are welcome to bring your own wine to have with dinner.
