Class Information for Fall 2016: AMUSE BOUCHE FRENCH BISTRO (4018), 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm, Sunday, November 13, at the Restaurant
Bring your aprons, knives, cutting boards, wine and appetite. You will experience a four-hour cooking extravaganza while you learn to prepare and then enjoy a three course classic French meal. The menu will include: pork tenderloin with caramelized brussel sprouts, a puree of either parsnips or cauliflower and a deconstructed apple tart for desert. Please bring your cutting board, knives and wear comfortable shoes, as you will be standing and cooking in the kitchen for several hours. You are welcome to bring your own wine to have with dinner.
