Class Information for Fall 2015: Fantastic French Cuisine (1033), 3:30-7:30 pm, Monday, November 30, at Amuse Bouche Bistro
Bring your aprons, knives, cutting boards, wine and appetite. You will experience a four-hour cooking extravaganza while you learn to prepare and then enjoy a three course classic French meal. The menu will include: Roasted Butternut Squash Soup, Poulet Chausseur which is a roasted chicken with tomatoes, mushroom and wine, served with potato puree; and for dessert, a fabulous Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta. A suggestion, wear comfortable shoes as you will be standing and cooking in the kitchen for several hours.
