Class Information for FENCH COOKING CLASS at Amuse Bouche Bistro, 3:30-7:30 p.m., Monday March 23


Bring your aprons, knives, cutting boards, wine and appetite. You will experience a four hour cooking extravaganza while you learn to prepare and then enjoy a three course classic French meal. The menu will include: Wild mushroom risotto Pan seared scallops with sunchoke puree, corn, bacon and spinach Berry crumble A suggestion- wear comfortable shoes as you will be standing and cooking in the kitchen for several hours.
