Class Information for Summer 2020: SHARING, SEARCHING, AND STORAGE: FINDING YOUR FILES, 10:00-11:30am, Wednesday, August 19, Via Zoom; S107

Photos of friends and family. Valuable legal documents. Delicious recipes. Computers let us safely store vast quantities of these things that are so near and dear to our hearts, but how often is it that you just cannot find the file or photo you're looking for? Or perhaps you simply want to share a picture from your computer with a friend but have no idea how to get it from Point A to Point B. Suffer no longer! Join a GroovyTek Technology Trainer in our session focused on how to find files on your computer, search for missing files, and how to organize files so you never have to look for them again. Instructor Bernard Nixon is a Grand Canyon University alumni and the Lead Technology Trainer for GroovyTek in Arizona. He's a technology enthusiast and combines his interest in "the next best thing" with a dedication to helping clients make the most of personal technology in their daily lives. With experience in recruiting for the tech field and working with personal technology, he uses his knowledge to support the GroovyTek mission - raising the bar of technical understanding for people who grew up without modern technology, through both group classes and one-on-one sessions. Enjoy taking this informative class at home. You will need a Zoom account, detailed steps for setting up your Zoom account and the link for this class to everyone who registers for the class.
