During the current COVID-19 crisis - a time of great uncertainty and anxiety - emotional and physical self care practices are more important than ever. Tai Chi & Qigong (cheegong), referred to as “Medication in Motion” by Harvard Medical School, improve one's mental and physical health by integrating gentle movement, breathing and focused attention. Learn first hand how these simple practices reduce stress, anxiety and pain as well as improve balance, flexibility and sleep while leaving you with a noticeable sense of peaceful energy and well-being after each session. Instructor, Deanne Hodgson, is a National Senior Trainer with the Institute of Integral Qigong & Tai Chi and a Professional Member of the National Qigong Association. Her extensive background in medicine, psychology and spirituality, offer a unique holistic experience. Deanne’s vibrant style, grounded energy and sense of humor create space for participants to achieve deep personal transformation.
