Class Information for Free Spring 2020: TAI-CHI and/or Qigong, 10:00 - 11:00am, Fridays, May 8, 15, 22 and 29, via Zoom (FS103)
This class will be offered via Zoom. In order to participate in the class, you will need to register for the class and download Zoom on your computer or phone. We will send the link to the Zoom class to everyone who is registered the day before the class. Please call Tamra at 623 692-4723 with any questions. The class will begin with time to gather and to make certain everyone is online and knows how to use the options in the Zoom "room". The class will be 45 minutes and an additional 5 minutes at the end for questions and feedback. The Tai Chi practice will focus on strengthening the immune system and relaxation (destressing). Tai Chi (tie chee) classes are a therapeutic and holistic approach which educate, guide and empower the participants, resulting in improved balance, greater flexibility and an overall sense of well-being. Tai Chi can help you to regenerate healthy cells of all kind. These classes are insightful, practical, fun, therapeutic and beneficial for your body, mind and spirit.
