Bring your aprons, knives, cutting boards, wine and appetite. You will experience a four-hour cooking extravaganza while you learn to prepare and then enjoy a French Cuisine of Normandy: Brie en croute, (brie wrapped in puff pastry, served with seasonal fruit chutney) Steak au poivre (beef tenderloin with black peppercorns, roasted potatoes and cognac cream sauce, apple and calvados cake. Please wear comfortable shoes, as you will be standing for a bit of time. Bon appetit.
