Class Information for FRENCH COOKING, preparing a fabulous three course meal at Amue Bouche
At the restaurant, 17058 W. Bell Road Suite #104; the meal,instructions and recipes are included. Please note that this class is limited to 14 people. Bring your aprons, knives, cutting boards, wine and appetite. You will experience a four hour cooking extravaganza while you learn to prepare and then enjoy a three course classic French meal: Potage St. Germain (split pea soup) Coq au vin (chicken thighs braised in red wine with butter noodles and sautÃ©ed mushrooms) and for desert a Dark Belgian Chocolate Pot du CrÃ¨me. A suggestion- wear comfortable shoes as you will be standing and cooking in the kitchen for several hours.
