Class Information for Fall 2019: FABULOUS FRENCH CUISINE, Sunday, November 10, 4-8 pm, Palm Ridge Recreation Center, Summit Hall A (F122)
Bring your aprons, knives, cutting boards, wine and appetite. You will experience a four-hour cooking extravaganza while you learn to prepare and then enjoy a three course classic, the French Cuisine of Normandy: Brie en croute - brie wrapped in puff pastry, served with seasonal fruit chutney; Steak au poivre - beef tenderloin with black peppercorn crust, roasted potatoes and cognac cream sauce and a Apple and Calvados cake. Please bring your cutting board, knives and wear comfortable shoes, as you will be standing and cooking in the kitchen for several hours. You are welcome to bring your own wine to have with dinner.
